Story

This is an opportunity if you would like to remember and say thank you to Lyn Butler and Gary Dickens for their work with young people at Park Community School. Donations will go to Cancer Research UK's Christmas Appeal.

I enjoy running and the time it gives me to think. Gary and Lyn you have each been in my thoughts many times over the miles I have run this term to prepare for the this marathon.

Gary spent more than a decade helping us to become much more than just a school. Lyn worked for 44 years in Leigh Park schools, including over 30 years at Park Community School. Many memories have been shared about the difference they each made through their work and the extra hours they gave. We feel the loss, both passing unexpectedly from cancer this term, thank you for the time you gave so generously to our school, your initiatives and our students.
