Every so often I sign up to some silly thing where I am likely to cause myself an injury and it's generally a great excuse to raise money for a good cause. They are the sort of things that people often would like to show their support for and how better to do it than raising a bit of money for said cause.

There are many fantastic causes out there and I have chosen the Alzheimer's Society as Alzheimer's isn't great and they are one of the groups working on the problem.
