Im doing a run for charity and need some funding.

I want to thank all the people behind the sceenes for their help and advise, Faz, Zoe, The Mo-Man, Gerrar, the J-Lo for sorting me out, the lads for not really bothering and the family for their support, Craig at the Gym and all the people close to my heart, I got nothing but love for you all, even the Har-Dizzle for his inspirational words and my twinny twin twin for being my twin - where would I be withou you all - big love to Ellis and Demi still fighting a loosing fight, they know im the boss but cant admit it.
