Hi    The plan is to RUN 10 MILES   "Yikes" - it's around Portsmouth, the most I've done so far is 6 miles soooo I'll be eating a lot of chocolate that day and hoping it does the trick - not sure how long it will take but I'm fairly confident I'll be way at the back - possibly the last one over the line - but who cares as long as I raise some money for this brilliant charity.
