Motor neurone disease (MND) is a debilitating condition that causes muscle weakness and paralysis, difficulty speaking, swallowing and breathing. It is life-shortening and there is currently no effective treatment or cure.

Story

The Euan MacDonald Centre conducts vital research into motor neurone disease (MND). Based at the University of Edinburgh, the Centre is a not-for-profit, charitable network of over 200 researchers across Scotland. Our aim is to improve the lives of people with MND, and to make discoveries that will slow, stop and eventually reverse this devastating condition. Your donation will help us find treatments to slow, stop and reverse the effects of MND.
