I must be mad!</p> <p>Please support me in this challenge.</p> <p>I am a nurse at the The Hospice of St Francis which is the charity that I am raising money for.</p> <p>We provide special care for people with terminal illness in West Herts and the Chiltern area of Bucks. It is a free service and gives total care to patients and their families and friends when time is precious.</p> <p>It costs over &pound;3.7m to run the hospice services each year ( with just 20% of this from the government). For the rest we are dependant on the goodwill of people like you and the local community.</p> <p>Here are examples of what your money can buy:</p> <p>&pound;25 could pay for a whole days supply of oxygen for a patient with breathing difficulties.</p> <p>&pound;50 could pay for a counselling session for a child experiencing loss of a loved one.</p>
