As many of you know I'm quite partial to doing endurance events and Le Jog has been on my mind for quite some time. I wasn't going to do any fundraising initially as I like to do these sort of events just for the fun of it but as it slowly dawns on me that it is actually quite far, it seems a good opportunity to raise funds for an extremely good cause. 

Both my boys have benefitted tremendously from the excellent facilities that the Edinburgh Children's Hospital Charity provide, keeping them entertained and distracted and me sane during their stays in hospital. The Charity does far too much for me to mention in such a short space, but it is an invaluable asset and hugely appreciated by all those who benefit from it.
