This year I'm running for Lupus UK who provide support to people living with Systemic Lupus, Erythematosus and Discoid Lupus.

Any support or donations you can  give, especially in these trying times when charities have suffered due to the pandemic, will be so greatly appreciated by myself and the charity.

Lupus is one of those 'invisible' diseases which affects the immune system, particularly causing inflammation and damage to the joints, muscles and other organs. 90% of Lupus patients are female but it can also affect men and young children.

Lupus takes an average of 7 and a half years to diagnose and is an uncommon and complex condition which can affect any part of the body.
