After much deliberation, I have finally signed up for Sleep Out 2015 in support of Llamau, the Welsh charity that helps vulnerable young people and women without a home.  Sleeping on a cold floor isn't something I desperately want to do and for some people that isn't a choice so this November, I will be taking my sleeping bag and joining the Chwarae Teg team to raise money and spread a little warmth for those who need it the most.  Please help me make sure that giving up my bed is a worthwhile experience by being as generous as you can to support such a worthy cause.
