In 2007 my lovely Mum fell ill and was eventually diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease and died shortly afterwards. There is not a great deal of public awareness of MND and to raise awareness I am running the Great South Run for the second time. I would like to thank everyone for their support last year and hope I can make everyone proud of me by running an even faster time! :) xx
