I have been at home for a week before lockdown started as I have underlying health conditions which would make me vulnerable to COVID-19. I am not able to be out and about, but I wanted to show my support to Cardiff and Vale NHS workers putting themselves on the front line to help others. I have decided to knit a rainbow that will stretch from Dingle Park (Windsor Rd) continuing up Andrew Rd to Llandough Hospital, to remind all Cardiff and Vale NHS staff they are appreciated for the difficult job they are doing in these frightening times. 

I know times are tough financially but if you see my rainbow grow please donate what you can afford to help Cardiff and Vale University Health Board. 

If you would like to help my rainbow grow why not get involved and knit your own piece of rainbow to make it longer, my rainbow is blocks of colour 12 stiches across by 5 inches. I would love to see your effort adding to mine whatever your knitting ability.
