Hey all!

It's not very often I do anything too physical due to my own mobility problems.I am determined though to complete the 5 Mile course for the 2016 Rainbow Ramble in aid of The Legacy Rainbow House.I don't normally walk further than the local shop and back.I will be on crutches.I will be proud to be a part of Millies Barmy Army for the walk.Millie Proudfoot is a young girl and the daughter of my friends' Alison and Phil Proudfoot. She has benefited much from going to Rainbow House.The special services they provide help for children with acquired brain injury,multiple disabilities and complex health needs.

My own health is nothing at all compared to what these young children go through.I am determined ,no matter how long it takes me,that I will complete the course and help out in any way I can.
