Story

The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice’s award-winning (A Little Less) Strictly Come Dancing event is back!

And believe it or not, after being asked by London Marathon Running champion and PPWH Director of Fundraising Jackie Malloy, ..... I have taken on the challenge of participating in this fundraising extravaganza.

I will don a pair of dancing shoes, put on a sparkly frock and team up with Scottish champion dancer (and 2022 Little Less Strictly Winner) Kevin Nicoll to perform a Strictly dance routine at the Hilton, Glasgow on 4/3/2023.

This annual fundraising event is based on the top-ratings BBC Television show.

Hosted by Carol Smillie and Bryan Burnett, a Little Less Strictly will consist of six former Scottish ballroom dance champions and partners from the world of business.

Each couple battles it out to see who can raise the most for the hospice and can pick up the all-important Glitter Ball Trophy on the night.

On 4th March 2023  we will be joined by BBC Strictly Pro Dancer guests who will entertain the audience with a spectacular show dance and be part of the judging panel.

The soundtrack to the evening is provided by the 18-piece Syd Lawrence Orchestra.

It is a fantastic evening with fundraising for the Hospice at the heart of the event.

I know I will have a great deal of fun and no doubt a few twisted ankles in my training for the big night.  However I need your help.

Please could you consider donating to support me in achieving at least £3000 in donations,  to help the Hospice improve the quality of life and wellbeing of people with a life limiting or terminal condition.

Thank you to each and everyone of you who will donate... each contribution is greatly appreciated by myself, the staff and more importantly the patients at the Hospice.

And remember – KEEP DANCING
