Last year I watched the Bupa Great Manchester Run and was genuinely inspired. All these people running, jogging, walking all in the aid of charity. So the next day, I signed up!

Training hasn't quite gone to plan so my effort will be a little bit of jogging with some walking thrown in but it's all for a fantastic cause.
