I have chosen to run 10k on behalf of the Alzheimers Society. Your sponsorship will go towards supporting those suffering from the disease, supporting their families & aiding research into the causes and hopefully one day an eventual cure!

I know alot of you may not think 10k is very far, but to me it is a mountain that im very much at the bottom of at the moment. So to complete the run (and hopefully not come last) will be a great achievement and will go towards supporting a very worthwhile charity.
