In the Autumn of 2022 we were given the news that our grandma was being put on pallative care. She was able return to my parents house where she had been living prior to being in hospital and with the support of carers from St Wildfrid's Hospice my mum (Brenda) was able to look after her until she passed away in November 2022. The work the carers did in physically caring for grandma in her last weeks took the pressure off all of us but particularly mum and enabled us to focus on making the most of our time with grandma. The carers' attitude and attention to Grandma's needs was exemplary and I wish to raise money to enable this service to continue
