Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In May 2017 our son Luke was diagnosed with an inoperable Brain Tumour. Despite treatment he could not be saved and the disease claimed his young life on the 10th January 2018. He was just 28 years old.

The research into Brain Tumours is vastly underfunded. Only 1% of the Government spend on Cancer Research is put in to the field and the treatment has hardly progressed in 30 years. It is the biggest killer of young people under 40 in this country.

Luke did the walk with us last year but this year we are doing it in his memory.

Please support us if you can, donate, do the walk, raise some sponsors or turn up and cheer us on. We will appreciate any support you can give.

Many thanks Christine, David , Richard & Nicola Billups xxx
