Story
Breast Cancer Now's wear it pink day is one of the biggest fundraising events in the UK. Taking place in October during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, thousands of amazing people will wear it pink in their communities, schools or workplaces, to help make life-changing breast cancer research and support happen.
This year for Breast Cancer Awareness month, I am holding a number of events in my workplace and would also like to raise some money for Breast Cancer Now's amazing research.
I've had breast cancer twice now (2017 and 2021 - lucky me you say?) and still live in the hope that one day there will be a way to cure breast cancer. With the help of charities such as Breast Cancer Now, we are getting closer each day.
If you can, please donate to this wonderful cause and in addition to donating, take out 5 mins of your day to check your boobs, moobs and balls. Any lumps and bumps that isn't considered your normal, please raise to your GP and have it assessed. My cancers were both caught very early and so I encourage everyone to check regularly.
Thanks again,
Christina xx
