Story
Starting on 7th June 2022, I am taking part in a 285km bike ride (equivalent to more than 3 back-to-back London to Brighton’s!) along with 9 other work colleagues, where we’ll be cycling from Toulouse to Collioure in France via The Pyrenean foothills and finally reaching the Mediterranean. This is to raise money for my chosen charity ‘Off the Fence Trust’, along with 9 local hospices/ children’s hospices, good causes in Ukraine via Red Cross and The Rockinghorse Appeal through sponsorship from our company’s clients. For my personal fundraising target, I am looking to raise at least £500+ for ‘Off the Fence Trust’.
Over the past few years, the Cellular Solutions Team have raised well over £218,000 – so with your help, this event will help take us over the £250,000 mark and so reach our original target of over £1/4 million raised for numerous excellent causes. This will see the Cellular Solutions’ Team having cycled the length of France!!
A heart-breaking; 1 in 78 people in Brighton and Hove are homeless. Off The Fence Trust is a charity very close to me heart for their incredible work helping the marginalised and vulnerable in the city.
Cellular Solutions will also match like for like any funds we raise up to £5,000. Our overall total fundraising target for this particular event is £32,000. Every donation will help towards this figure and will make a significant difference to those less fortunate than ourselves. Every penny donated goes to charity and not towards the costs of the event thanks to sponsorship of the ride by one of our network partners.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So, it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
Every donation makes a real difference to ‘Off the Fence Trust’ and it would mean an awful lot to me if you would be so kind to help further their cause. Thank you!!
