On Saturday 11th May Catherine and I will be walking 40km on the South Downs.

I have chosen Habitat for Humanity as my charity.  Last year I helped build a house (yes me) in the US and was able to see the first hand the difference they make.  So I wanted to continue to support the valuable work they do.

With the lack of spring the training has involved a lot of mud, snow and some blood!  My walking boots will never be the same again.
