Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
We have made this page so people can donate in memory of our Daughter Kaci Mary Jane Maxwell, who sadly passed away on June 22nd 2010 age 15months. She had sadly contracted bronchiolitis which led to myocarditis (inflammation of the heart muscle).
She was a healthy little girl and her favourite things to do were play with any type of ball be it a football a tennis ball or even anything in the shape of a ball. Also she loved to EAT! Never happy unless she was covered in chocolate, ice cream or even better spagetti bolognise.
She was always a happy little girl with the most gorgeous smile who is sadly missed each and every single day.
She became unwell on the Sunday by not eating and very tired we thought it was a start of a cold and tried to let her sleep it off. By the monday night at tea time took her to the hospital where they said she was fine and sent her home without any proper tests, my partner found her the next day in her cot. That morning still haunts us and would never wish it upon anyone, I had to grab her from her cot and begin CPR but deep down we knew it was too late. The ambulance came within minutes and rushed us to the nearest hospital while still working on her and it was there she was pronounced dead.
The day the angels came to collect our little princess a part of us went with her we miss her every single day and hope where-ever she may be she is fine and smiling on us. She left behind a big brother Carson who talks about her everyday and calls her his little star as he would always sing "twinkle-twinkle".
Also loved grandaughter neice and cousin along with loads of great aunties and uncles.
