Running for the CF Trust is a cause that is very close to my heart, as some of you already know my husband has cystic fibrosis.

CF is a genetic disease, currently you cannot cure it, only manage your symptoms. HOWEVER, scientists are so close to finding a cure we can almost touch it - which makes raising money for the CF Trust more important than ever.

Donating money to CF isn't a faceless cause,  we will see the benefits in the next couple of years. Not to people you don't know but actually to Rich and me - people you know and love!

This won't only help us, of course, but thousands of other people with cystic fibrosis. This world-leading research could also help to cure other genetic diseases, so your donation will actually change the world.
