Story
I turned 40 in July 18 and on that day I made a decision to set myself a challenge to do something big. So my challenge began, get myself ready and in training to ride in the Prudential Ride London- Surrey 100. (Yes, cycle a 100 miles.) However, I wanted to do it at the same time as raising funds for a good cause. Along came Phab.
Phab promotes the coming together on equal terms of disabled and non-disabled people to make more of life together - through our exciting and challenging holiday projects for disabled and disadvantaged children and young people and 150 local Phab Clubs across England and Wales with 8,000 members.
My daughter attends a weekly Phab meeting and since attending she has grown in confidence and has made new friends and achieved so much.
Any amount of support you can give is welcome big or small it all helps
Thank you for supporting me, Phab and Phabkids - it makes such a difference
