In 2007 I had an ileostomy and lost my Gramps to stomach cancer in the space of a couple of months. I'm about to embark on my first big run since 2005 and the first one post-stoma. I'd like to raise some money for Bowel and Cancer Research as it's an apt and worthy cause given the background to my run.

So please, a penny, a pound, a fiver or more - all and any support will keep me going from Downtown,  up "Heartbreak Hill" and onwards to Bondi.
