I'm raising money for Alzheimer's Society by running the London 10K on 10th July 2011. It's in memory of my Grandma, who was a dementia sufferer and passed away last summer.

I'd appreciate any contributions you could make to the great charity work and campaigning of Alzheimer's Society. Plus, it's my longest-distance event so far so it's a personal achievement too!
