Hey everyone! Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page for Cancer Research UK. As some of your know, I've decided to participate in a boxing match in less than 8 weeks here in Chester! 

Sadly, we all have been affected by cancer in some way and we need to do something about it. It's rare these days to get through life without experiencing the pain and uncertainty that a cancer diagnosis can bring. Whether you've experienced this  yourself or via a loved one, colleague or friend, it impacts all of our lives. However, medical advances are helping to extend the lives of those affected and even cure cancers previously felt to be incurable.  I would have loved to have known my grandfather growing up instead of just having the memory of him from when I was a little girl.  These days, the lung cancer that claimed his life potentially would have been curable...and that is down to research. 

If you're able to donate, every little bit helps and no amount is too small (or too large!).
