Story

Hello everyone.

On Saturday 2nd May we were due to hold our annual Dance Night for Peace Hospice Care at the Memorial Hall in Chorleywood.  Obviously with the current circumstances this has been postponed and we look forward to holding this great event later in the year.

Meanwhile, as you may imagine, Peace Hospice Care along with many other charities, is really struggling for funds and this fundraising event was extremely important to them.

Consequently, we are asking whether you would please donate something in lieu of this event to help keep some funds coming in to Peace Hospice Care in Watford.  Whatever you can afford, it will be most welcome and go towards much needed funds to keep the Peace Hospice open in these unprecedented times.

Please enjoy a snippet from a previous year and thank you so much for your continued support.

Stay home, protect the NHS and save lives.

Lots of love, Chrissie, Chris & the Band plus the rest of the C&R Support Group for Peace Hospice Care.

In recent weeks, Peace Hospice Care have had to make some very difficult decisions closing all 11 of their charity shops and postponing fundraising events for the next few months. Like their colleagues in the NHS, they continue to work on the frontline, giving care and comfort in their Inpatient Unit and across the community at patients homes.Your support really has never been more important than it is this year - heartfelt thanks if you are able to give a gift today to support Peace Hospice Care.
