Chrissie's Sport relief challenges celebrating Jubilee Hall Trusts 40th Anniversary!. Please sponsor us using this page and/or donate your loose change in class.
JH 40th Birthday - All the 4s - 40 or more people to have a go at 4+ Minutes Ball Balancing, 400+ Steps Skipping , 40 Minutes Non Stop Spin, 4K Treadmill.
The challenge - how many continuous i.e. unbroken skips can you do, how long can you kneel on a stability ball or could you do 4K on treadmill or a non stop 40 min spin.
Sponsor Denise she will be doing 40x2 = 80k run! Go Denise Go!
Friday 23 & Saturday 24th we did Non Stop Spin, no breaks, no rest! Well done all participants!
Sponsor Alys she had completed Non Stop Spin! Well done Alys. Next is 4K on Treadmill!
