We have decided to do something amazing together this September. It has been an incredibly difficult, worrying, exhausting, frightening and 'unprecedented' year for everyone. We wanted to make the world just a little bit better this September and have chosen to trek the Chilterns 2 Peak Challenge because we believe every adult and child with a life-limiting illness should have the choice of excellent specialist hospice at home care.
