I love dancing and I love cycling - and I want to be able to put these passions to good use. Touch Trust is helping people with various learning disabilities, ranging from autism to a host of other behavioural problems, and doing a fantastic job; my friend's Tae-kwon-do challenge is a great way to join forces to raise money for this worthy organisation. So on May 11th I'll be taking part in the amazing zumbathon/ danceathon 'Dancing through the decades' (https://www.facebook.com/events/602621586486726/?fref=ts), for nearly 3 hours of exhilarating fun, but also hard-core sweating! Then between 14-26 November I'll be cycling 400(!!!!) miles over 10 days , covering the whole of Cuba - that is, if I survive! I may need special gear for all that sitting in the saddle - auch! It'll be inspiring, and I cannot wait to get there - but it'll also be painful, exhausting, crazy and wonderful at the same time. Think of it this way: it's the distance between London and Paris RETURN! And I'll be cycling it. Those of you who know me well know what a huge sporting challenge this is for me. Also - I'll be offline for more than 2 weeks - if that's not tough, I don't know what is!
I would be really grateful for your support and encouragement - every pound counts, so please make it happen and get donating for the Touch Trust! Thank you friends!
