Hi, 

In May this year I am joining up with the SIA and taking part in their annual overseas cycling challenge. 

We will be cycling from Strasbourg into the Black Forest in Germany and ending up in the Swiss Alps. The whole trip will be around 200 miles. Those that know me well will know that I am more used to 15 miles of mainly down hill on a mountain bike so spending full days on a road bike is going to be a major challenge!

I see on a regular basis through my work the fantastic support that the SIA provide to people affected by spinal cord injury so I am delighted to be taking part and helping in a small way. Your donations will be greatly received and go directly to helping families affected by spinal cord injury.
