THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
Only a few days to go.
If you have any questions or wait to come out and walk some of the route please call me.
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
Well here is the deal!
Hopefully starting out on a mild summers night with a full moon, walking through out the night and as much of the next day as it takes to complete the 87mile route.
Just to put it in context, thats like walking from Marlow into central London, completing the London Marathon and then walking home!
I will be walking one of the oldest paths in Britain, following the footsteps of man through out history.
The idea of doing The Ridgeway is about not travelling miles to achieve something, not to have a formal race or time, just to challenge myself to complete a route, set by myself.
In the email I sent you, I say that the money will be split between Macmillan and The Walser Tanzania Charity, I was unable to list both on the site so I will arrange the split with the money I raise directly from sponsorship forms etc. If you have a preference for where your money goes please let me know!
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Macmillan Cancer Support gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
So please sponsor me now!
