I have been coerced, by one of the instructors, into joining the Colets Gym team for this years' 'Capital to Coast' bike ride..... I don't even own a decent bike!!!!

Due to my lack of 'decent' bike I'm having to hire one, and won't be able to pick it up until the evening before the actual event.  This means  that the only training I can do is by continuing to attend Spinning classes at my gym.

Given that I'm the wrong side of 40 and unable to do the practices sessions (therefore have no idea if completion is within my capabilities) I'm going to need all the encouragement that I can muster to propel me to the finish line!

This is where you come in!...... Please give generously & I'll try not to let you down!
