Try to imagine for a moment being both visually and aurally impaired. I've tried and it's a tough ask. I'm supporting sense because they do a fantastic job helping children and adults in this situation get the most out of life. Help them reach out to more people and enrich and enliven their lives.

Running a marathon will be tough. But it is a challenge I have wanted to do for a while and especially at London. I will also be running with my Dad. It will be his second and most likely last marathon so will be my last chance to do this event with him. It will be a very special occasion for us both so thankyou for helping to make this happen by donating to this very worthy cause.
