<p>I am taking part in this year's challenge - A 500 mile cycle through France to Cahors over a period of 3 days. Money raised will be donated to the British Heart Foundation and Cancer Research. 100% of every penny raised will go to charity as the riders fund the trip themselves.</p> <p>We lost our dear friend Tony O'Connell in 2010 and again his son Paul will join the team for the 2nd year running.</p> <p>Please dig deep and help raise money for our causes - EVERY PENNY MAKES A DIFFERENCE</p>
