I am taking part in this year's challenge - A 500 mile cycle through France to Cahors over a period of 3 days. Money raised will be donated to the British Heart Foundation and Cancer Research. 100% of every penny raised will go to charity as the riders fund the trip themselves.

We lost our dear friend Tony O'Connell in 2010 and again his son Paul will join the team for the 2nd year running.
