We are doing a short walk, along with our girls, in support of the National Association of Crohn's & Colitis (NACC) on Sunday May 23rd.

These two illnesses are both forms of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) and they affect about 1 in 250 people in the United Kingdom. There's plenty more information available on the NACC website here;

Chris was disgnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in 2006. Or maybe 2007. He's slept since then... It's generally not a problem but occasionally decides to make life miserable.

Pete was diagnosed with Crohns Disease in 1991. While it is now under control, when Pete was first diagnosed he became quite ill, and eventually underwent major surgery.

Anyway, giving some cash to NACC would be great as they fund research into finding causes and cures (currently there isn't one) and provide loads of support to people who have the diseases and their families.
