Hello I'm taking part in the Action for Children - Get me off this Rollercoaster - Dianc oddi ar y Ddraig Werdd! on 18/03/2009 (tomorrow!) to raise money for Action for Children and I'd really appreciate your support.

Action for Children is a great charity and the deal is that I'm not allowed off the rollercoaster until I've hit my target.

I'll be 'twittering' photos and updates throughout the morning (see twitter.com/twelfthman) and the press will be there, so a corporate donation should get you some publicity, and a private donation will simply make you feel great. I'll also be wearing a heart rate monitor and GPS tracker which you can follow here between around 10am and 1pm GMT.
