I have not race ridden for 20yrs, but ride out for horses daily at my training yard in Newmarket.  I hope to ride one of the horses I train at Doncaster on the 7th September.  I am trying to get as fit as possible and am looking forward to the day.  I hope to raise as much money as possible for a great cause.  The injured jockeys fund has helped me when I have been out of action in the past and are a great charity.
