The effects of MS is very close to my heart, seeing it effect people within my family. I am doing this 10k run so that I can help to fund more research and that in future hopefully there may be a cure saving pain and suffering to future generations. 

I have set no time limits on my time, as long as I finish by lunchtime (09:00 start)!! My aim is to simply complete the 10k without stopping.
