Story

Hi

As a developing rugby team we like to keep up the traditional values of the game, such as respect, team spirit, sportsmanship but most of all looking out for each other.

One of our team members sadly lost him mum Emma Limpus to Cancer in 2020. This obviously had a devastating effect on Charlie, his family and friends.

As a team we plan to walk for 24 hours to raise as much as we can to further the research so that we can celebrate the tomorrows made possible

On average approximately 470 in the UK succumb to this terrible disease every day, think of how many life’s that affects on a daily basis.

Together as a community we unite at a weekend-long festival to honour everyone affected by cancer and celebrate the progress we’re making.

Please all we ask is for your support, even if it’s just £1 all the money we raise helps to make that difference.

When you fundraise for Relay For Life, we fund long-term research. And when we fund long-term research, we make more discoveries. Over time, these discoveries make giant strides towards a world where everyone lives longer, better lives free from the fear of cancer.

Thank You
