Ten years ago I was diagnosed with bowel cancer. After severe treatment (yuk!), I was lucky enough to be considered cured.

This seems an appropriate time to give something back and to help Bowel Cancer UK, who do a wonderful job helping people survive through promoting symptom awareness and by funding research.

They are not a big charity so any help you can give will make a real difference to the work they do.
