Darren and I are undertaking THREE Ironman Events in 2015, comprising the new Ironman UK 70.3 Staffordshire, Ironman UK in Bolton, and Ironman Wales. 

The full Ironman consists of a 3.8km swim, 180km bike ride and culminating in a 42km run (full marathon). We are training daily, and often twice a day in order to complete these events in the best shape possible.

We are doing this to help raise money for Scope, a wonderful Charity who help disabled people and those who are less fortunate than us to lead happy and fulfilling lives. We are very lucky to be able to do this type of event and would like to help those who cannot.
