This year I decided to take part in the rat race crossing (http://www.ratracecrossing.com).  Cycling 165 miles over 3 days taking in 3 National Parks across northern England.  The aim is to raise £500 for Cancer Research, and to try and get back in one piece :)

Please dig deep for such a worthy charity.  

Once you donate, your money will go directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
