Story

I'm thrilled to be running the 2022 London Marathon for Diabetes UK.

Diabetes UK is a charity that has been close to the heart of many of our family and friends, none more so than Luke. We proudly watched Luke (Type 1 Diabetic) attempt the London Marathon in 2019. Luke did a phenomenal job, but unfortunately Luke's health stopped him achieving what he wanted. When Luke decided to attempt the London Marathon again, I was more than happy to support him.

What started as supporting his training, has resulted in us both running the London Marathon this year! I couldn't be more honoured or excited. For me, the London Marathon is a massive Bucket List challenge and the fact I get to do it whilst supporting Luke is a dream.  It doesn’t yet feel real that on the 2nd October I’ll be taking part in one of the most iconic sporting events in the world.

It's going to be a tough & challenging 2022, but I will give it my all.

2022 is the year!!

Thankyou so much for your support.
Chris.
