Lucas is a little boy from Sandbach who needs life changing surgery in order to improve his quality of life.  

He is such a joyous lovely little boy and I want to do what I can to help.

Just4Children are fundraising for a life changing operation called Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy (SDR) which will give Lucas John the life he deserves.
