Story
My Dad died suddenly on 27th Feb 2006 aged a youthful 71.
A hard working, honest and highly principled man, his life was tragically cut short by a heart attack whilst odd jobbing at home. He always took great pride (although rarely shown) in his work and was never shy of helping his many friends, family and neighbours all who would happily testify.
To mark what will be the 4th anniversary and as a tribute to my Dad I have decided to cycle from my home in Swansea to Nottingham. I plan to start on 25th Feb and cycle around 70 miles a day finishing in Nottingham on 27th Feb.
Most people believe when thier times up they'd want to go quickly. Whilst this maybe best for them it's far to sudden and shocking for all those left behind and that's the main reason for my selection of the British Heart Foundation to receive any donations you'd be kind enough to donate.
