As a Crystal Palace fan for literally my whole life I am so pleased to be able to help the The Palace for Life Foundation, which has been working with young people for over 25 years.

They use the power of sport and Crystal Palace to change the lives of young people within the local community, particularly the most hard-to-reach and hard-to-help.

Growing up in south London has never been tougher but the Foundation is in a unique position to drive positive change. They work in schools and the community, inspiring young people to find a better path and to lead a healthier life.
