Everything starts with WHY..here's mine 

I've always been very active whether playing competitive sports, generally keeping fit (most of the time) or coaching kids sports, all of which I love to do.  In March 2019 I completely ruptured my right Achilles tendon.  It wasn't pretty.....

There was a time when I thought I would never be able to fully engage in the activities I loved again but there was light at the end of the tunnel.

In November last year, I was told by my Physio that I could start running again (slow and steady), in December I told my wife I was contemplating running a marathon (she thinks I'm bonkers) and in January I was signed up with Jigsaw SE to run the Brighton Marathon at which stage I realised that I had entered the Hever Triathlon 2 weekends later.... 

WHY?  Because I still can and I feel very grateful to be able to do so :)

I hope you can help me raise much needed funds for Jigsaw SE.  I'll keep you updated with my progress throughout the year.
