A few months ago my daughter told me she was looking for a physical challenge we could do together.  Great I thought - thinking half marathons; a few days later she phoned to say she'd booked us in for the 100km London to Brighton -  "Shouldn't be a problem, after all you've run it before"! * 

As an ex-serviceman myself I feel very strongly that anyone who has served their country should not have to battle with blindness alone and should be given every support in regaining an independent life.

It is also a challenge that Philly and I can tackle together, in memory of her sister, Alexandra.
