I am taking part in the Highland Cross which is a Duathlon, in total it is 50 miles in duration, this consists of a 20 mile Hill run followed by a 30 mile road cycle.  It starts on the west coast of Scotland at Morvich (Kintail) and finishes on the east coast at Beauly which is just north of Inverness.

I have now taken part in the event for the past 2 years, last year I achieved a Personal Best and finished in a time of 4hrs 57mins, I am aiming to go even faster this year (Yes it will hurt.....but the pain is worth it!!!!).  I would be very grateful if you can show your support in anyway.
